- In person at your financial institution anywhere in Canada by requesting a bill payment to “RICHARDS BUELL SUTTON LLP” (please use the first five digits of your file number as your reference); or

Online Banking Bill Payments
We accept Bill Payments through most Canadian Banks and Credit Unions. For online Bill Payments, please login to your personal online banking site, and locate Richards Buell Sutton LLP from the list of available payees. For your convenience, below are links to major Canadian Banks we accept online Bill Payments through.
For your account number requested by your bank, please refer to the first five digits of your 9 digit file number only, which is located at the top right hand corner of your invoice. For example, for file number 12345-0001, you would reference 12345.
Online Visa/Mastercard Payments
You can also conveniently pay your invoices online using Visa or Mastercard through our secure payment service. Our provider uses a PCI and CISP certified e-commerce payment gateway to protect your personal and financial information.
To start the payment process, you will need both your 9 digit file number, which is located at the top right hand corner of your invoice, as well as your 6 digit invoice number, located at the top centre of your invoice. Click on the “Make your Payment” button below, and fill in your personal information as directed.
