Corporate Lawyer:
We are seeking a business lawyer with one or two years’ experience as a junior on transactions, and other routine corporate/commercial work. Our Group of lawyers are energetic, self-motivated, practical and client-focussed. Our work spans across virtually all industries and includes corporate finance, business acquisitions, mergers and divestitures, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, project finance, construction and procurement, and regulatory compliance. Our Business Group of lawyers is well-managed, supportive and collegial.
Wills, Estates and Trusts Lawyer:
We are seeking an associate with two to three years’ experience to join our established and high-functioning Wealth Preservation Group. This Group is one of the largest of its kind in British Columbia and has earned the loyalty of some of the region’s best known and successful family-owned and operated businesses, well-known entrepreneurs, multi-generational family clients and other private individuals, including other professionals. The successful candidate will work with our sophisticated clients on wealth management, wills and estate matters, succession planning, trusts and asset protection.
