The Canadian federal government has released the Ministerial Instructions for the new Immigrant Investor Venture Capital Program.
On the day the new program was announced Phebe Chan, Immigration Lawyer at Richards Buell Sutton LLP, was invited to a private roundtable at the Richmond Chamber of Commerce with the Citizenship and Immigration Minister, Christopher Alexander. The program will be open for applications until February 11, 2015, or until a maximum of 500 applications are received. To find out more, click here
