Sharon White appointed Queen’s Counsel

Richards Buell Sutton LLP is pleased to announce that partner Sharon White was appointed Queen’s Counsel on December 22, 2011.
The Attorney General of British Columbia bestows the title of Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) to members of the legal profession who have demonstrated exception merit and made a significant contribution not only to the profession, but also to the Province of British Columbia.
Sharon White, Q.C. has practiced law in British Columbia for thirty years. She was also called to the Bar of Bermuda in 2000, where she practiced for a few years, while maintaining her ties to BC. Sharon is Chair of the firm’s Securities and Corporate Finance group and a member of both the Advanced Education and Research team and Intellectual Property group.
