RBS climbs to five Queen’s Counsel lawyers

RBS welcomes its fifth lawyer to be named Queen’s Counsel. David Hay was appointed in December 2015 and joins his peers Jeff Lowe, Jim Vilvang, Sharon White and Peter Spencer, in the ranks.
