How Recent Changes at ICBC Will Impact Accident Victims’ Rights to Compensation

On Sunday, February 16th, David Hay QC, leader of our Personal Injury Practice, was interviewed on CBC Radio One’s “The Early Edition”.
Speaking to host Stephen Quinn, he said, “Yes, there will be savings on premiums, but there will be no compensation for future income loss beyond a disability benefit based on who you were at the time of the accident. So anyone with a career or a career in front of them should be very afraid of these changes.”
