Tommy M. Chan, David W. Harvey, Arielle Lavender, and Ryan A. Shaw have joined the partnership!

David is a solicitor and member of the firm’s Business Law and Employment and Human Rights groups. He advises clients on a wide range of legal areas including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, and employment matters.

Arielle is a solicitor and member of the Estate and Wealth Advisory group. She assists in the design and implementation of personal estate plans, corporate reorganizations, trusts, and succession plans for families and businesses.

Ryan is a litigator and member of the firm’s Insurance and Real Estate groups. He focuses on insurance defence, real estate and construction disputes, and works with institutional clients, developers, contractors and individual land owners.
