Congratulations to Rhys A. Volkenant on becoming an Associate

Rhys both summered and articled at the firm, and is now a formal member of our Business Law Group where he provides general commercial advice to clients, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements. He also assists clients with acquisitions and sales of shares and/or assets of businesses, shareholders agreements and general corporate matters.
Recently, members of our firm celebrated Rhys’ success during our internal Call Ceremony party, and his Principal, Partner Mark R. Davies, commended him on both his personal and professional achievements to date which included several volunteer experiences in countries including Palestine, Israel and Benin, Africa.
