Corrina Wright

OVERVIEW

Corrina is a senior Corporate Services paralegal with more than 30 years’ experience. Predominantly in the area of business and corporate transactions, she has extensive knowledge drafting corporate documents and dealing with a variety of corporate transactions including share and asset purchases, tax reorganizations, financing, shareholders agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Corrina joined the Corporate Department at our Surrey office in 2020. As one of two Corporate Services Supervisors at the firm, she is involved with training and mentoring. Prior to joining RBS, Corrina was the Corporate Services Manager for a mid-sized law firm for over two decades.

Outside of the office, she enjoys dragon boating and paddles on both recreational and competitive teams. Corrina also enjoys camping, hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband.
