Lindsay Thomas

OVERVIEW

Lindsay began her legal career in 2014 and joined Richards Buell Sutton in 2020. As a paralegal, she is well-versed in estate administration, including conducting research regarding estate assets and liabilities, preparing court documents, assisting with liquidating assets, preparing trust reconciliations and attending to distributions.

She is experienced in preparing estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare representation agreements, statutory declarations and trust agreements. While Lindsay’s primary focus throughout her career has been estate planning and administration, she also has experience in precedent and macro creation and management. She enjoys helping clients navigate through complex estate and estate planning matters.

Raised in 100 Mile House, BC, Lindsay now resides in Surrey with her husband and dog. She has a sweet tooth and, in her spare time, can be found seeking out the best desserts the Lower Mainland has to offer.
