Susie Shong

OVERVIEW

Susie Shong joined Richards Buell Sutton in 1987 and is a senior paralegal in the Lending Group.  Susie specializes in commercial lending and in particular, construction loans for various institutions including banks, credit unions, insurance companies and public housing authorities.

Susie’s responsibilities include conducting due diligence, preparing all mortgage and collateral security documentation, handling electronic registrations at the land title office and the personal property registry and preparing final reports.

Susie has extensive experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions involving numerous residential sales and purchases, coordinating and facilitating the sale of newly strata titled developments and commercial and residential mortgage security for institutional and private lenders.
