Susie Shong

OVERVIEW

Susie Shong is a senior paralegal in the Lending Group and has been with Richards Buell Sutton LLP since 1987.  Susie specializes in commercial lending and, in particular, construction loans for various institutions including banks, credit unions, insurance companies and public housing authorities.

Susie conducts various due diligence, prepares all mortgage and collateral security documentation, attends to electronic registrations at the land title office and personal property registry and prepares final reports.

Susie has had extensive experience in many residential and commercial real estate transactions involving numerous residential sales and purchases, co-ordinating and facilitating the sale of newly strata titled developments and commercial and residential mortgage security for institutional and private lenders.
