Amy Redden

OVERVIEW

Amy graduated with honors from the Paralegal Diploma Program at Vancouver Career College, and joined RBS on practicum in December 2019 and has been a paralegal working within the Corporate Services Department since then.

Amy is experienced with various routine corporate proceedings under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) including name changes, changes to directors and officers, corporate searches and corporate maintenance. She handles client specific franchise work and is well versed with extra-provincial corporations, societies, non-for-profits and transparency register requirements.

Outside of the office Amy enjoys spending her weekends hiking with her rescue dog Cooper, and enjoying quality time with her family.
