Alison Quinnell

OVERVIEW

Alison started her career as a paralegal in 2010, and joined Richards Buell Sutton in 2020 in the wills and estates practice area, focusing on both estate planning and estate administration.

She assists personal representatives with all stages of estate administration from gathering assets and preparation of all probate-related documents, through to preparing trust reconciliations and the distribution of the estate. Alison is also involved with committeeship applications.

With regard to estate planning, she drafts wills, statutory declarations, powers of attorney, healthcare representation agreements, and various trust documents.

Outside of the office, Alison is an avid gardener who also loves to cook, and enjoys traveling to new destinations whenever she can.
