Junhyung (Abe) Park

OVERVIEW

Abe joined the firm in May 2024 as a summer student and will be returning to article after finishing his law degree at the University of Victoria in 2025

Born and raised in South Korea, Abe moved to Vancouver when he was 15. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Simon Fraser University with a major in Criminology.

Following his undergraduate degree, Abe successfully founded and operated an international education agency that assists international students in navigating the Canadian educational system. During law school, Abe worked as a law co-op student at the BC Office of the Ombudsperson and also continued as a Manager of Investigations Assistant on a part-time basis.

Outside of work, Abe enjoys playing chess with his son and being a “dadager” for his daughter who aspires to be a movie star.
