Kathryn Novakowski

OVERVIEW

Kathryn is a paralegal with the firm’s Corporate Services and Business Transactions Departments.

Kathryn joined Richards Buell Sutton LLP in 2008 and is responsible for all matters relating to due diligence in business transactions, including share and asset purchases.  Kathryn conducts searches, reviews and monitors search results, and prepares summarizations. She also assists with the day-to-day activities of the Corporate Services Department and other general corporate matters.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS AND EDUCATION

Kathryn is a graduate of the Paralegal Certificate Program at Vancouver Community College and the Legal Administrative Assistant Program at Kwantlen University College.
