Eryn MacKenzie

OVERVIEW

Eryn joined the firm in 2020 as a paralegal in the Wealth Preservation Group. She began her legal career in Alberta working in civil litigation, criminal and corporate law.

In 2011 Eryn relocated to British Columbia and focused her career on corporate and commercial law, working her way through incorporations, redemptions, dividends and amalgamations with an emphasis on complex corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. With 15 years in the legal industry, her strengths are in the analysis and implementation of corporate restructuring plans, where she finds she can use her creativity and attention to detail to achieve the desired end goal.

Eryn is a retired baker and avid pasta-maker who enjoys traveling to new destinations whenever she can. She has two dogs; a Pug named Porter, and a Boston Terrier, named Ollie, whom she spends her weekends with hiking and paddle boarding.
