Katherine Ho

OVERVIEW

Katherine Ho joined Richards Buell Sutton in 2017 and is a paralegal with the firm’s Real Estate Group.

She has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, including real property acquisitions, sales and financing matters (both assets and shares).  She also has extensive knowledge in development transactions, including lot consolidation, land assemblies and subdivision matters.  Furthermore, on the lending side, she handles a variety of commercial lending transactions for both the lenders and the borrowers.

She prepares and completes all due diligence searches, reviews contracts and leases, prepares documentation from commencement to closing and reporting, and files documents to the Land Title Office and the Personal Property Registry.
