OVERVIEW
Gail is a senior paralegal with the litigation team and has been with Richards Buell Sutton since 2000. She graduated from the paralegal program at Capilano University in 2007.
Since joining the firm, she has primarily worked with the Insurance Practice Group in the areas of defence insurance litigation and plaintiff personal injury. She provides a wide range of support to lawyers in all aspects of their practice including file management and organization, drafting pleadings, preparing court applications and trial preparation.
Though her experience is mainly in insurance litigation, she has also assisted in other practice areas including estate, construction and civil litigation.
