Gail Wasilenchuk

OVERVIEW

Gail Wasilenchuk is a senior litigation paralegal. Gail joined Richards Buell Sutton LLP in 2000. Since joining the firm, she has worked exclusively in the Insurance Practice Group with a concentration in defence insurance litigation, both private and ICBC, and in plaintiff personal injury.

In her current role as defence paralegal with the insurance group, she provides a wide range of support in areas including motor vehicle and bodily injury claims, property damage, product liability, strata disputes, contract disputes and occupier’s liability claims.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS AND EDUCATION

Gail is a graduate of the Paralegal Program at Capilano University and continues to participate in legal studies through courses at the Canadian Paralegal Institute, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
