Shannon Himmrich

OVERVIEW

Shannon is a paralegal in the Wealth Preservation Department of Richards Buell Sutton.

Shannon has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field and has been with Richards Buell Sutton since 2005, where her focus is as an estate and estate planning paralegal. She has a wide range of experience in all aspects of conduct of an estate, including preparing estate applications, preparing accountings of personal representatives, arranging for notices to creditors to be filed, and effecting distributions. Within her work as an estate paralegal, she assists both private and corporate clients acting as personal representatives of trusts and estates.

With regard to estate planning, Shannon is regularly involved in the preparation of documents including powers of attorney, representation agreements and land transfers.
