Dorin Tan

OVERVIEW

Dorin joined Richards Buell Sutton in 2017 and is a paralegal with the firm’s Corporate Services and Securities and Corporate Finance Groups.

Dorin has experience in working in the areas of securities, corporate records and business transactions. She assists with a wide variety of transactions, including private placements, acquisitions, stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure, corporate governance, incorporations, amalgamations and all other general corporate matters.

Dorin started her career working for a multinational U.S. law firm and assisted with documentations for private offerings for international companies and other transactions. She also has eight years of experience working in the in-house legal department of a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
