Brianna Dallyn

OVERVIEW

Brianna joined Richards Buell Sutton’s Real Estate Group in January of 2019 after graduating from the Paralegal Diploma Program at Vancouver Career College.

She supports the Real Estate Group in most aspects of real property transactions, with a primary focus on residential and commercial land acquisitions and sales, lending transactions, and land development matters. Brianna has ample experience in conducting and reviewing due diligence searches, preparing transactional documents, and attending to the registration of documents and security in the Land Title Office and other government registries.

Outside of the office, Brianna enjoys playing softball, going for walks, and spending quality time with family and friends.
