Lori Brassington

OVERVIEW

Lori Brassington is a paralegal on our real estate team. She graduated with honours from Capilano University’s Legal Assistant Program in 2019 and began her legal career at a global law firm in Vancouver. In 2021, she completed the Paralegal Program at Vancouver Community College, earning her Real Estate/Conveyancing Certificate.

Lori specializes in both residential and commercial real estate, with a primary focus on strata development sales programs. Her expertise includes managing consolidation, land assemblies, subdivision development sales, and strata development filings. Additionally, she conducts various due diligence searches and reviews, including title, corporate, BC Personal Property Registry, bankruptcy, litigation, and bank act searches.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys outdoor activities such as relaxing on the beach, running along the seawall, hiking, and practicing Pilates.
