Gigi Beckett

OVERVIEW

Gigi joined RBS as a Real Estate paralegal in 2023, assisting in the many facets of residential and commercial real estate development, from property acquisition, private and commercial financing, property development, through to project sales.

She began her career in South Africa, working for 10 years in the field of engineering and construction contractual and arbitration law. Her education includes a Bachelor of Law from the University of South Africa, Adv. Dip. Labour Law (RAU), as well as courses relevant to her field from other BC learning institutions, including Capilano University.

Prior to RBS, Gigi worked as a paralegal for 10 plus years at a small Surrey law firm while balancing a busy family life. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of the business, and aims to bring a collaborative spirit to all of her interactions.

Gigi relishes time spent with her family, young grandson and community. As avid hikers, she and her husband, and their beloved pooch, enjoy exploring the many regional walks and those further afield.
