Members of our Personal Injury team celebrated another successful year of cycling initiatives at the 2017 HUB Cycling and BEST (Better Environmentally Sound Transportation) Holiday Event. Bike Lawyer and chair of the BC Road Safety Law Reform Group, David Hay, Q.C., spoke to the attendees and addressed an article recently published in the Times Colonist highlighting the proposed changes to the Act while also expressing his appreciation to both organizations for their efforts and support to better the cycling community.
