Members of our Employment & Human Rights Team including Georg Reuter, Nicole Mangan, Michelle Quinn, David Harvey, Jessie Skinnider, Nida Sohani and Scott MacDonald along with WorkSafeBC Guest Speaker, Tom Brocklehurst, hosted a seminar on important legal issues as a result of the global pandemic. Topics included managing COVID-19 issues within the workplace, whether employers can require employees to get vaccinated, BC law on mandatory testing, and COVID-19 termination without cause.
