Shona McGlashan specializes in values-based governance, EDI in leadership, and workplace mental health. Dr. Carol Liao is Associate Professor/Director of the Centre for Business Law at Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC.
Together, they presented and facilitated a leadership training workshop on gender, race, and unconscious bias in organizational culture, which was coordinated by Sze-Mei Yeung, a Partner and Chair of our EDI Committee.
